Welcome to Torre Ginestre. To make sure that your visit is enjoyable for everyone, we have established a few basic house rules. We kindly ask you to review them so that you can focus on your vacation.

Check-in: 16:00-19:00

Check-out: by 10:00

Pets are welcome with a €50 weekly fee per animal per week, or fraction thereof. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your pet and be respectful of our garden and grounds.

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Only villa guests may use the pool. Children must be supervised. Basic safety and hygiene rules must be followed in the sauna, gym, and indoor hot tub.

Noise
Torre Ginestre is a place of serenity and calm. Please refrain from being excessively loud, especially in the evenings.

Cleaning
When you arrive, the villa will be perfectly clean. Please keep the spaces tidy and report any damages or issues promptly. We ask that you leave the villa orderly and that you dispose of your garbage.

Smoking
In the name of public health and safety, it is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors. You may smoke outdoors, but we ask you to always be careful of the house and throw your refuse away.

Damages and Insurance
Torre Ginestre is covered by GaranziaZer0Dep. All the same, we kindly ask you to treat our property and the gardens with care. In case of any damage, we ask you to communicate it to us promptly.
